Stage 2 of the Forrest Hall construction project will be a six storey mixed-use, state-of-the-art building comprising of 9 scholar accomodation rooms, 65 short-stay accomodation rooms, office space, landscaped gardens and under croft car parking. The development cost is an estimated $35,000,000.

Building is expected to be complete in the third quarter of 2021.
