The La Luna apartments in Stirling promotes the standard enticement of "architecturally designed residences," "a small community," unique this and that with the usual fresh air ventilation, communal rooftops, environmental considerations to some degree, superiors finishes, timber floors, double glazed windows, premium appliances, split system air conditioning, resident security etc.

It comes to a point where if any of these aren't offered as standards, there are plenty more apartments under construction that can offer it all and perhaps even more.

Despite a brief viewing of the actual construction site, I certainly couldn't fault a single aspect of the apartment complex, that was well over halfway to completion at the time of taking these photos. Better still, it was right next door to an IGA and presumably, the majority of the world feels the way I do some days when any distance to the supermarket, regardless of any easy access to a vehicle, can seem quite a challenge. This slight distance to the food aisles would certainly makes life easier for any specie!

On this night, by the time I made it to the crane, it had drizzled a bit. I had always previously avoided climbing cranes when it was wet and that's just me being safe... considering. Seeing how limited I was for time, as it looked like the crane would be pulled within the next week or two, I had no intention of missing out on this one and it turned out to be a pretty amazing climb. The green lighting gave the atmosphere of this little yellow crane a surreal feeling and I really didn't want to leave. I could have stayed there all night and all morning, despite the nasty pre-winter cold setting in.

DAP/18/01413: Mixed use development. Approved on 13/09/2018. $11,600,000.
