Masonic Care WA's $45 million Middle Swan Aged Care Campus began the first of a three-part development in October 2020. The six hectare site is set to include a state-of-the-art 124 bed aged care facility, giving employment to some 200 health and operational staff.

The residential aged care facility will largely focus on the specific needs of those living with dementia, as this is something that's urgently needed in the area.

The total build is expected to cost $200 million with future stages including retirement housing and low-cost rental housing for older West Australians over the next five years.
