EQ West is a new $300,000,000 development currently under construction in Perth's Elizabeth Quay.

It will consist of two separate towers, situated above a shared podium and plaza. The 52 storey Southern Tower will consist of 157 x two-bedroom dwellings, 82 x three-bedroom dwellings and 36 x four-bedroom dwellings. The 25 storey Northern Tower will have, 144 x one-bedroom dwellings, 27 x one-bedroom ‘affordable’ dwellings, 32 x two-bedroom dwellings -and 6 x two-bedroom ‘affordable’ dwellings.

The Northern Tower will also have a hotel/serviced apartment and office component consisting of 190 hotel/serviced apartment rooms with a grand entrance lobby. Wellness centre facilities including a pool, gym and spa treatment rooms will be located on the 5th and 6th floors. The four floors underneath this are for office space.

The creation of an art gallery and viewing deck will be located at the top of the Southern Building, accessible to both residents and the public, as well as to provide a unique tourist destination.

The ground floor of the development incorporates retail, food and beverage tenancies.
