Construction of a 36 storey mixed use commercial and residential development has recently started in South Perth's Civic Triangle.

The 360 degree architectural landmark will light up South Perth's skyline, offering luxury apartments, a commercial precinct and world class views with amenities to match. It is due for completion in 2023.
