The Amara City Gardens apartments is located on the site of the Garden City Booragoon Shopping Centre. With a budget of $50,600,000, the 15-storey development is expected to be complete by mid 2022.

Interestingly, the promotional material attempts to back up their claims of such a fantastic location, by bragging that many apartments have already been secured by the National Disability Insurance Scheme and the Department of Communities. I include this due to the latter, although despite the stereotypical nature it tends to attract, only 11% of Homeswest clients are the troublesome type.
