Matheson on Kearns was a $9,000,000 apartment that was constructed in Ardross and completed in late 2021.

 

The design of this one is actually quite nice, especially the roof terrace at the top (or perhaps that's someone's penthouse balcony!) It's hard to believe the lowly construction budget of $9,000,000 when compared to say, something like the Amara City apartments in Booragoon, which doesn't seem too much bigger considering it's some six times the budget!
