Applecross Shore is a new aged care development currently under construction, including permanent, respite and dementia care. Construction began on 1 September 2020 and will offer 136 single and companion rooms, all with ensuites. The facility will provide a central social hub with a cafe, dining areas, entertainment lounge with a grand piano, a day spa, hair salon as well as a dedicated memory support neighbourhood for people living with dementia. The Wellness Centre will specialise in individual reablement and restorative care programs for both residents and members of the community.

It is expected to be completed by the end of 2021.
